Due to the continuing increase in COVID-19 cases and recent outbreaks. We have made the difficult and considered decision to re-introduce visitor restrictions.

We are aware of the challenges patients and their loved ones may have as a result of these restrictions. However, we are still making every effort to protect our patients, carers, visitors and our staff.

You can help reduce the spread and thus, allow visitor restrictions to be reduced again by getting vaccinated, wearing a mask (even when you don't have to) and practising physical distancing where you can.

Angliss Hospital staff are counting down to a very special milestone - the 100,000th birth since the hospital opened in 1939!

Midwives Gemma, Cassie, Alison, Jane and Danielle are among the many staff who are planning celebrations for the event.
