We currently have vacant accommodation services including Support Independent Living (SIL) Short-Term Accommodation (STA), Emergency Accommodation, and support for Hospital Discharges.

Our services are person-centred and tailored to meet individual care needs.

Location of three fully furnished, ready-to-go homes available now in:

Roxburgh Park

Craigieburn

Meadow Heights

In addition to regular classes like life skills, art, and community access, we’re proud to offer elective programs tailored to participants' interests. These include exciting options like music lessons,cooking and computer literacy, allowing participants to explore areas they’re passionate about.

Our Day programs and activities are specifically designed for adults 18+ for NDIS Participants to learn practical life skills while building confidence and social skills in an encouraging, supportive environment to meet new people and enjoy supportive environments.

Our open day will be a fun day filled with interactive activities, giving potential participants a chance to experience what our centre has to offer.
