BREAKING: Trump-appointed judge was so pi**ed at Trump that she BANNED his deployment of ANY state's Nat Guard to Portland. Brutal ruling!⬇

Just one day ago, Judge Immergut already told Trump he couldn't send military troops to Portland, because it was blatantly illegal. But the next day, he ordered 300 National Guardsmen to Portland. Worse, he and Pete Hegseth called up 400 National Guard troops from Texas to send ANYWHERE HE WANTED.

INSTANT KARMA: California and Oregon instantly sued. She granted them a hearing the very same day! Bad sign for Donald. It got immediately very, very bad for him...

She asked his lawyer how his actions with the CA and TX National Guard was not a direct violation of her order. He had no answers. She constantly reminded him he was "an officer of the court". That is judicial speak for, "You could get disbarred for this."

Then she granted a BAN on California National Guard troops to Portland. But it got even better.

The Oregon lawyer said it was a "game of whac a mole" with Trump, with each city needing to fight in court, with new troops... so he asked the court to block him from deploying National Guard troops from any state to Oregon.

Judge Immergut agreed, and banned Trump from putting ANY National Guard troops in Portland.

She said Trump’s actions violate both federal law (10 U.S.C. §12406) and the Tenth Amendment, and directly defy her ruling from just one day ago. “No new information has been provided about any new issues in Portland,” she said pointedly.

The Department of Justice begged for a stay, but Immergut shot it down: “I’m denying both sets of motions for a stay and an administrative stay.”

The Constitution isn’t a toy for fascists. It’s a shield for the people. Judge Immergut just reminded Trump he’s not above it. SCOTUS, I hope you're listening to this Trump appointed judge!
