This wasn’t a cute little “glow up.” 💁‍♀️

It was years of swinging between not enough and way too much.
Not eating enough.
Training too much.
Then eating everything.
Training not enough

Listen up 👇

❌ It’s not luck.
❌ It’s not genetics.
❌ It’s not finding the perfect plan on a random Tuesday.

✅ It’s boring, unsexy, disciplined balance.
✅ It’s eating enough to build muscle but not enough to avoid accountability.
✅ It’s training hard but not punishing yourself.
✅ It’s sleeping instead of scrolling.
✅ It’s repeating the basics until they become habits

Strength is built in the middle.
Not in starvation.
Not in binge cycles.
Not in 6 week detox delusions.

You don’t need another extreme.

You need standards.
You need structure.

You need to stop romanticising chaos and start respecting consistency.

I didn’t “get lucky.”
I got balanced.

That takes work. Every damn day 🔥

You’re lying to yourself

You’re not training as hard as you think you are.
If your training looks like
Comfortable sets. Long rests. Stopping the second it burns.

That’s movement, not transformation.

You’re using motivation as an excuse.
Motivation didn’t build strong bodies.

Habits did.
Discipline did.
Showing up on the days you couldn’t be bothered did.

And let’s end this one for good…
You don’t want to be “toned”.
Toned isn’t a thing.
It’s muscle + fat loss.
Both require effort you can’t negotiate with.

You say you want strength, confidence, and 5–10kg gone…

But you train like results are optional

This is your wake-up call.
Start earning the outcome.
