MAX ROOKE & STATE OF FLOW team up for a stretch and release Pilates class, a Wim Hof Method Fundamentals workshop

A Wim Hof Method Fundamentals workshop, covering the 3 pillars; *Breathing *Cold exposure & *Commitment.


Combining the 3 pillars will unlock a multitude of benefits;

Improved immune system
Increased energy
Heightened focus & determination
Reduced stress levels
Improved ability to deal with fear and challenges
Improved sport performances
Better sleep
Greater cold tolerance
The day will start with a Pilates Stretch and Release class followed by a guided Breath Work session with Max, finishing with Cold Water exposure in the ice baths.



Light refreshments and drinks will be provided.

Where: Torquay Surf saving club. Surf Beach Drive, Torquay VIC 3228

Our prenatal online Pilates course has been safely designed to take you through each trimester with your growing baby from the comfort of your own home.

From the first trimester to the last we have included a range of mat Pilates classes that utilise different props making the classes fun and varied.

A percentage of the course when purchased will be donated directly to a local charity - Geelong Mums.
