Process:
1️⃣ Begin with a comprehensive 40-minute one-on-one assessment with our physio to understand your needs, strengths, and weaknesses. Your physio will then craft a customized pilates exercise program for you.

2️⃣ Progress to a series of one-on-one 30-minute pilates sessions to familiarize yourself with the program and the proper use of the reformer.

3️⃣ Engage in group classes scheduled throughout the week and weekend, ensuring you stay at the peak of your performance!
