With all the chaos in my life I forgot to mention that I am starting a new gig this week! I am going to be teaching (online) through Yoga Farm Ithaca! My primary role at the moment is giving lectures in the instructor training programs on recognizing bias in their instruction. I am also developing continuing education and a fuller set of companion courses in the spring and moving forward for training future Kundalini Yoga and Qigong instructors, and hopefully anyone who wants to take them!
Not to give too much away, but the courses I am working on are: Recognizing bias, Working through cultural bias, Holding space for healing touch, Accessing emotion (Meisner based emotional prep), Holding space for emotional disclosure... and a few others!
