When we started this challenge, many came in carrying uncertainty, quiet anxiety, midlife exhaustion, and that feeling of โ€œI just need to feel like myself again.โ€

Five days later โ€” something beautiful happened. ๐ŸŒฟ
People began pausing before reacting.

They found small pockets of calm between the chaos.
One even said, โ€œItโ€™s the first week in months that I didnโ€™t wake up tired.โ€

I took myself off for a long walk .. noticing all the beautiful colours, shapes, sounds and scents around me ๐Ÿ˜Š
