25/02/26: My mandala from today's Moonlight Glimmers session with the lovely Judy from JayRad Therapy Services. The heart space Chakra energy is so much movement, like a small furry animal scurrying - is it anxiety, or is it just busyness that creates this energy circle amid the red space that feels sore and damaged. The month ahead I want to prioritise some down time to heal, and give thought to the cycles of movement that do occur - being kind to myself, feeling more free and purposeful, and being open to explore the sore bits too
