When we need a little grounding, this is a great activity!
You only need a pebble, a pen and paper and a couple of minutes!
Let the pebble guide your pen around the page and notice your body, your breathing and let those racing thoughts slow a little!

I’m back from Arendelle!! As many of you know, I have spent the last few months costuming Windmill Theatre Company’s production of Frozen Jnr. It was a challenge, a pleasure and a truly magical experience!! But I’ve put away the sewing machine and am back to play!!

INS & OUTS OF 2026

As 2025 comes to a close, I am taking a minute to reflect on the year. For me, it was a year of growth and learning, both personally and professionally.

It was a year of running a business independently, while navigating the challenges of the NDIS, and trusting the process even when it felt hard.

The year saw me expand A Little Artsy into schools and run art groups in the community; creating more spaces for connection, beyond the studio.

A long-awaited new house, a holiday when I needed it most and the support of the people around me offered sunshine on the cloudy days.

I’m deeply grateful to the clients, families and community who continue to show up with trust and openness… your support makes my work possible.

I know this year has been a tough one for many. If you’re carrying a lot into the new year, you’re not alone!

As we step into 2026, I’m holding hope for a gentler, steadier year ahead — with more creativity, connection and care.

Thank you for being part of this journey xx
