When choosing a name for my healing practice, I wanted something that captured the essence of light, warmth, and natural energy and Solara Holistic Healing was born.

‘Solara’ is inspired by the sun a symbol of life, growth, and radiant healing. It reflects the natural energy I aim to bring into every healing session, product, and offering.

‘Holistic Healing’ is the heart of my work supporting your body, mind, and spirit through naturopathic practices, herbal remedies, flower essences, iridology, lifestyle guidance and in hand made offerings.

Together, Solara Holistic Healing represents a grounded, soulful approach to wellness one that honours your whole being and your natural ability to heal.

It’s been a while since I’ve shared a post.

Here’s a carousel of product dump photos from Dec 24 up until now.

I can’t believe it’s April already. Since the new year I’ve moved house for what feels like the 100th time, supported my mum through a very scary time where she dealt with left sided heart failure 3 weeks ago, thankfully she’s back home and back to doing life (she’s one tough cookie)! In the midst of life and the weather slowing changing seasons I’ve been products, setting up my studio space once more and making sure the shelves are stocked at Terra Madre!

I’m extremely grateful to be able to showcase my creations in store and soon to be online again with an updated website and slight re brand! More to come soon 💚

It’s been a really long time since I’ve introduced myself…

I’m Brooke, I feel I was placed on earth 🌏 to be a and to help whoever may cross my path in whichever they may need. I have completed a beauty therapy degree, worked many years in retail, I have a pretty colourful life story and I’m four subjects away from completing a bachelor degree in . I’ve always had an mind that takes me back to the day I used to make hair clips with my grandma when I was 8 years old! If you’ve been following me for a while or you are new here, welcome!

This space is a place to share my creativity and healing capabilities that I’ve learnt over the years. In 2025, this space will share many new hand made products that you can find online and in store and you will be able to book a naturopathy appointment with me at the student clinic . A little late to the party, but . May 2024 be a year of growth, good health and long prosperity.

I step into the with an expansive vision board for how I would like the year to unfold. Ideally it involves showing up here more 👋, focusing on uni, spending time in nature and having dedicated days for production and content planning. I’m excited to see where 2024 takes me!
