I work with dancers who want to reduce their risk of (or recover from) injury with safe & tailored strength and conditioning / injury prevention programs, workshops and online courses. Strength and conditioning classes for dancers including: individual and small group sessions as well as workshops providing evidenced based information on strength, conditioning, anatomy, physiology and safe dance practices.

✨ Important Service Update for 2026 ✨

Welcome to 2026! I’m looking forward to another year of supporting dancers and families as they work toward their dance goals 💙

As we move into the new year, I wanted to share a small update about how I’ll be offering services moving forward.

From 2026, I’ll be gradually transitioning to online consultations. This means I can continue providing the same personalised, evidence-based support in a way that’s flexible, accessible, and works around busy dance schedules — no matter where dancers are located.

What this means
• Online consultations are now open to all NEW dance clients. Existing clients can access face to face sessions until the end of March.
• Online sessions can still support injury prevention, return to dance, dance goals support and personalised strength and conditioning programs
• Online sessions remain claimable through private health insurance (you will be provided with a receipt / invoice to send to your private health insurance provider)

**NEW** - pending sufficient interest, a weekly GROUP online strength and conditioning class will be available! Stay tuned for the poll to determine which day it will be.

Rest assured, my approach hasn’t changed — I’m still here to support dancers with professional guidance that respects the unique demands of dance.

I’m excited about this next chapter and continuing to support dancers in a way that fits modern training and busy lives.
