Dear Ellese,

I want to take a moment to express my deepest thanks for the incredible care and dedication you showed in coordinating my dad’s funeral. During such a sad and difficult time for our family, your professionalism, respect, and meticulous attention to detail meant the world to us.
From the very start, it was clear that you were going to take care of everything with the utmost care. You ensured that every aspect of the service was organized flawlessly, from preparing my dad, to managing the funeral itself. Your attention to detail was simply remarkable, and it brought us comfort knowing we could trust you with such an important and emotional event.
I especially appreciate how nothing was ever too much for you. You were always willing to accommodate our requests, no matter how big or small. You smoothly handled the preferred funeral date, arranged for our preferred priest, and even adjusted the viewing time to meet our needs. Additionally, at refreshments you noticed that there were more people than we catered for, and you proactively took the initiative to ensure there was more than enough for everyone who attended. You also organized the order of service booklet and the prayer card, which were beautiful and meaningful touches that we will always cherish.
You also went above and beyond in organizing the video and photography team, ensuring that we were left with a truly memorable video to look back on. It’s a treasure we will hold dear, and we’re so thankful for that.
Throughout it all, your patience, kindness, respect, and thoughtfulness were evident. You ensured that everything was handled with such professionalism and care, leaving nothing to chance. The level of service you provided made an incredibly difficult time just a little bit easier to bear, and for that, we are forever grateful.
Thank you for everything, Ellese. Your support and attention to detail helped us honor my dad in the most fitting way, and your compassion will always be remembered by our family.
