Hi everyone,

I wanted to give you a little heads-up—I’m pivoting the focus of my content to something I feel deeply passionate about: helping people heal chronic pain through the mind-body connection.

For over 20 years, I battled with chronic pain myself. Nothing worked—until I came across the groundbreaking discoveries of Dr. John Sarno and his work on Tension Myositis Syndrome (TMS). His teachings changed my life and helped me heal in ways I didn’t think were possible. Now, I feel called to share this powerful message with you.

Have you ever wondered how much your imagination influences what you believe you can or can’t do?

Imagine this: there’s a plank of wood 10 metres long and 30 cm wide. On the ground, walking across it feels easy. No fear. No hesitation.

Now, imagine the same plank, 100 metres high in the air. Could you take even a single step? Most of us would freeze, trembling in fear, convinced we’d fall.

What changed?
🌟 The plank didn’t.
🌟 Your physical ability didn’t.
🌟 The only difference is your imagination.

Is your mind like a wild horse, running wherever it pleases, dragging you along for the ride? Or are you the rider, in control, guiding your mind with purpose?

The untrained mind can be unruly, unpredictable, and exhausting—just like a wild horse without a bridle or reins. But with patience and consistent effort, you can train your mind to work for you, not against you.

The mind makes a wonderful servant but a terrible master. The key is to make yourself the master, and one of the most effective ways I’ve discovered to do this is through regular self-hypnosis practice.
