Wellโ€ฆ.who would have thought? 2nd half marathon in the bag ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ I truly did it again ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป and this time alone. I was a little nervous but reminded myself how many times Iโ€™ve done โ€˜hardโ€™ things on my own and gotten through. And Iโ€™ll keep doing โ€˜itโ€™ as the universe sees fit for me.

Better time, shaving off over one minute, though I felt I could have done even better if not for the hammy and right foot pain. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ The fact I completed a 2nd one is enough for me to be proud of what Iโ€™ve achieved. Itโ€™s me against me. Consistently, persistently and with heartfelt determination.

I did it!!!!! Half marathon!!!!! WTF?!?! Stepped well out of my comfort zone and may I say, I am so proud of myself! To be running my first ever half marathon at 62yo is not an easy feat but one that has lifted my spirits, belief in self and challenging those negative limiting thoughts. If I can do it, anyone can! ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ ๐Ÿฅˆ and I got to see some of the amazing Nike crew I worked with from Melbourne Central and Highpoint. You guys rock! ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

A massive shoutout to ! YOU kept me motivated and inspired throughout the run with your positivity and kind words. Thank you! Love your energy girl! โค๏ธ
