Massage is back with Shaella returning on Tuesdays beginning 29/11/22. 45min sessions with more hours coming in the new year.

Hi Everyone
Due to the current lockdown we will be unable to see our clients on a face to face basis. This is a much stronger lockdown than the last Stage 4 lockdown. We apologise and will be in contact as soon as we are allowed to resume treatments again-hopefully Thursday.

Hi everyone
So this now has been clarified. Please read and call if you need to discuss if you would come under the current stage 4 restrictions. Dan and I will be available on seperate days, Monday and Thursday for Dan at the moment and Tuesday and Friday for Leigh. This keeps everyone seperate and hopefully safer. If you need use messenger, Facebook or text me or call the clinic. We will be screening each people to keep within the guidelines and keep everyone safe.

Hey everyone, hope you are all well and enjoying this strange time in our lives. We are still open at this stage but are having Wednesday’s off to home school. So if you need us we are still around and open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. If you are concerned about anything in regards to contamination above and beyond what we have implemented then feel free to bring in your own clean towel and another hand towel.
Again hope you are well physically and mentally and we are here if you need us!!

Had the pleasure of treating these athletes at the CrossFit Regionals. First team - CrossFit Frankston, and first individual male - James Newbury. Both are off to USA for the CrossFit Games very soon.
