Gypsy Rose is one of the most loved fur angels in this life. We treat her like a deeply ‘feeling and instinctive’ sentient being. A kindred soul.

This love wasn’t ‘accidental’. I set it up intentionally. I dreamed it. I taught others how to love and care for her. Continually. To respect her ‘home’ and her gifts. I wouldn’t allow anyone to enforce any boundaries around her that would make her feel less worthy or threatened. Plus she is super intuitive with how to teach others about her nature … and their own.

She is acknowledged for her spirit, and infinite contributions including; unconditional love, protection, loyalty and friendship.

We consciously communicate with her in ways that she understands, and feels safe in our connection.
I do offer Gypsy choices, and have taught her healthy boundaries, while absolutely encouraging her freedom of joy and expression.

Most animals are empathic sentient beings that form long lasting and loyal connections with their beloved human companions. Our job is to embrace, honour, and believe in the the magic of life that extends beyond ‘human to human’. When we begin to see that ALL life is valuable and honour a leaf, a tree, a dog, an intimate partner, the earth 🌍 in the same way - then we will have truly progressed emotionally and intellectually as a United species.

I am beyond blessed, thankful and grateful to have family members who I consider to be my greatest friends and allies who treasure Gypsy as much as they treasure me.

I trust them to be her guardians, and she trusts them with her heart. The most precious gift of all.

I’ve had first hand experiences of women ganging up with other women and people; in an effort to bully, put down, and destroy others’ dignity. I have experienced this behaviour ruthlessly directed at me, and I have witnessed it directed towards others.

These armoured, shameless and intentional attacks are weaponised, calculated and intentional. This level of manipulation can be physical, psychological and metaphysical.

I’ve also experienced this level of bullying by men of course, it’s not gender specific. In fact, it’s a behaviour that children and teenagers are prone to. We are not taught emotional intelligence, or defences against violence an early age, or at school. Our natural impulses are to fight, flight or freeze, and yet we lack education around our biology and humanity.

It’s time that this ‘scapegoating’ abuse is called out for what it is. These hostile behaviour’s are the root causes of mental illness, disease and even su***de. It affects relationships, families, communities and personal self esteem and confidence.

The concerning aspect of this type of bullying, and predatory attacks is the blinding obsession to cut someone off at the knees.

The abusers tend to become consumed with their victim, and begin to create ‘allies, armies and alliances’ with others in an attempt to create greater impact and harm while having people validate their actions towards their prey.

This exploitation is a culture. A culture that needs to be acknowledged, be made aware of and changed.

If it’s happening to you, I encourage you to speak up against it - there is lots of support out there, and many people and organisations who care about the injustice you are experiencing. Know that you matter.

I cannot stress the importance of shadow work, trauma therapy, and somatic bodywork to help shift some of the grief, hardness and pain.

I stand for practices that encourage deep healing of trans-generational trauma;

AND wholeheartedly, wildly and passionately support new pathways of relating so that we are able to overcome and move past the trauma bonding cycle, break down personal, local and world views with strong, healthy, clean and inspired dynamics of exchanging and interchanging our shared experiences.

I stand for systematic change.

I stand for systems that are infused with, heart, soul, connection, inter-connection, community and co-existence so that we are better able to utilise, access, and share the very rich and abundant recourses available to every person and country.

MELBOURNE WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT SISTER CIRCLE ADVENTURES ... With Mary Mikhael

Join a network of women for connection, life adventures, story telling, nature hikes, beach swims, service work, community dev programs, book reviews, road trips, forest retreats, herbal brews, lunches, dinners and soul fire parties!!!

We will be organising different topics, themes and experiences each meet up where we can fully embody the breadth and depth of being a holy, loving and wild spirited woman.

We will cry together, laugh together, support, encourage and inspire each other.

Nourishing and delicious meals to eat!

Magical and uplifting brews, teas, Cacao and Chai to drink.

Practices can involve meditation, healing journeys, yoga, somatic body movement, dance, prayer, art, fundraisers, breath work, conversations, sharing, and networking.

We will invite grounded specialists, experts, professionals and scholars to share their experiences and wisdom.

These circles will act as support gatherings also for women who have experienced domestic violence, spiritual/religious or narcissistic abuse, or any violations. However they are not limited to trauma therapy.

They are designed to celebrate life, in all of its bitter sweet cycle, as CEREMONY.

We create a safe environment to reconnect with our hearts, bodies, dreams, nature and each other. We will speak openly about confidence, self esteem, boundaries, desires, ambitions, and co creations that our ancestors and community would be proud of.

This year, I choose to be entirely completely clean, direct, sharp and overtly truthful in my communication. Honesty is my ally.

I will not hide the radiance in my luminous soul.
I will not stay silent about things that matter.
I will not tolerate disrespect, lies or projections.
I will not allow fear or ignorance to demonise my very real human and good works.

I will not shy away, or be cowardly in the face of any judgements directed at me, or what I love.

I will not hide my soul, to make anyone feel comfortable or safe in my presence.

I will enforce the wisdom etched deep in my blood to withdraw, or respond gracefully and passionately.
