10:00am - 11:00am
 Sunday 25th May 2025

Join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative sound bath in East Brunswick. Be immersed in the soothing sounds of Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls and Gongs for a 60 minute healing journey. Stephen will guide you through some guided meditation to settle you into the space and then work to immerse you in the beautiful and ancient sounds of his instruments.

Participating in sound baths or sound healing within a group setting is particularly powerful, because the intention for healing is amplified. There is growing evidence to suggest sound healing can assist with sleep problems, anxiety and depression, trauma release and PTSD as well as general relaxation and self-care. It benefits everyone and its effects can last for days or weeks!

Yoga mats, blankets, floor cushions and eye masks will be provided. Please wear loose clothing and bring some water (and a pillow for extra comfort)! You’ll be laying on a flat surface for an hour so you’re welcome to bring anything that makes you feel extra comfy and cosy. Remember there is no need to stay on your back if this is uncomfortable, you’re free to move around and many people enjoy sound baths more on their side or tummy.

Please note that this session is not suitable for you if you have sound induced epilepsy or are in your first trimester of pregnancy.

We look forward to welcoming you into this warm and inviting space to share this beautiful restorative experience!

On Saturday, May 24th, 1 - 5pm , Wisdom of the Serpent half day retreat is for those who are moving through change and needing to remember the power and wisdom within them. This is the space to hit pause, reclaim your energy, and meet yourself at the edge of your next evolution, clearer, braver, and more connected than you’ve felt in months. A sacred 4-hour experience to shed the past, shift your energy, and walk away with clarity, courage, and connection pulsing through your being.
This workshop’s 4-step recalibration to move through the shifts with clarity and power:
1. Somatic Shadow Work – move through what’s been buried, reclaim the parts you’ve been taught to hide, and feel your power rise.
2.Yin Yoga – slow down, stretch deep, and rewire your nervous system from survival to safety.
3. Shamanic Healing – clear the energetic noise, tap in ancient wisdom, and receive the clarity your soul’s been craving.
4. Ritual Integration – walk out with embodied insight, new energetic codes, and tools to anchor the version of you that’s done playing small.
And yes… you’ll be deeply nourished the whole way through. With tea, grounding breaks, and wholesome snacks to support your body and soul as you journey inward. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to feel ready to meet yourself more honestly, more deeply, and more powerfully.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Training at AKA Studio 13th-16th March 2025
The training offers a 50 day practitioner course for individuals wanting to become qualified craniosacral therapists. The training is biodynamic in its approach orienting to the body’s natural wisdom and allowing innate intelligent processes to arise and bring about authentic change. These changes will be physiological and psycho-emotional. The body’s own priorities for change are listened for and encouraged to arise. The art of the therapist is to connect with the underlying forces of health and facilitate a process of natural reorganisation. These forces express as subtle motion of tissues and fluids that can be felt by sensitive hands. Biodynamic craniosacral therapy takes a whole-person approach to healing and the inter-connectedness of mind, body and spirit are deeply acknowledged.

Are you addicted to drama?
I used to be. Subconsciously of course. Always surrounded by it and chaos. I thought i hated it but subconsciously i loved it. For it was feeding my brain’s love for dopamine which is why a lot of people are addicted to it.
See, drama keeps humans hooked because it feeds our need for stimulation and resolution, but at its core, it also taps into something ancient: our love of storytelling. For centuries, humans have used stories to make sense of the world, to feel alive, and to connect with each other.
But what happens when we mistake drama for connection or excitement? Is the chaos serving you, or are you serving it?
When you step back and look at the stories you’re living, you can begin to rewrite them—choosing grounding, pleasure, and meaning over the constant high of drama. Because the best stories aren’t written in chaos—they’re crafted with intention.
Yesterday, I felt someone trying to pull me into their chaos and drama. It was such a familiar pull—I could hear that part of me wanting to get caught up in it. But even louder, I heard myself say, ‘F$€k no, we’re not doing this.’ And I stepped out of the conversation. Every time I choose to walk away from drama, I reclaim my power, alchemise and rewrite the narrative for myself.
What are you reclaiming? Join for the Shedding the Layers Rituals and find out. Tickets here: https://events.humanitix.com/shedding-the-layers-ritual...
