We are Graeme and Ingrid Glenn, and we are passionate about helping you to naturally improve and maintain your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, so you can continue to enjoy life at any age. Our own health stories started long before we met each other:

A persistently elevated temperature from a young age caused a serious health crisis for Graeme in his 40s, forcing him to take extended sick leave from his engineering job. After consulting many specialists, a rheumatologist diagnosed him with Fibromyalgia and advised him to seek help elsewhere, as modern medicine couldn't help him. This led Graeme to seek the help of an integrative physician, and with dietary changes and supplementation his overall health improved. Working nights caused a relapse in Graeme's health, and again he was forced to make diet and lifestyle changes to recover. Ingrid had previous training as a nurse, minister and counsellor, and was introduced to the world of natural health when she met and married Graeme in 2003, which caused her to question everything she had ever been taught about the nature of illness. Five years later, God granted Graeme instant and total healing at a church service, including his temperature, and he was able to enjoy a normal diet for the first time in many years. In our search for a solution, a friend introduced us to essential oils and plant-based products, and as we detoxed we both experienced improvements in our overall health and wellbeing which have continued to this day. I hope this message finds you enjoying the warmth of the Christmas season. As we approach the day when we celebrate the birth of the Christ Child, I wanted to take a moment to connect with you. 🎄✨
You might have noticed that I've been rather quiet over the past six months. The journey I've been on has kept me away from my usual online activities, and I want to thank you for your patience and understanding. The reason for my silence is exciting—I’ve been deeply immersed in a life coaching course, preparing to bring my passion for natural health to a new level by working as a wellness coach.
This journey has been one of introspection and personal growth, as well as equipping me with invaluable tools and insights that I can't wait to share with you. I am excited to combine this new passion together with my passion for essential oils, in the hope that I might better help you achieve a healthier lifestyle.
As the New Year approaches, I promise big things are on the horizon! I am thrilled to announce I will be sharing new workshops, wellness tips, and personalized coaching that will complement your wellness journey with the power of Young Living's extraordinary essential oils.
