Kate is a qualified Nutritionist and personal trainer with a bachelor of health science in nutritional medicine and certificates III & IV in fitness training, with clinical experience in weight management and gym environment she wants to utilise her skills to help you to a healthier life. Kate’s emphasis on nutrition education can be founded by her volunteering done at local high schools to help educate its importance for future generations, creating a fun and wholesome way of incorporating straightforward advice to prevent disease and promote healthy natural living. As more of us turn to natural remedies and preventative health it has become her main focus to get the word out that this way of life must be integrated in to our busy schedules to maintain balance and keep us from harm (not to mention expensive medical care). Meet Kate...
My aim is to provide you with natural healthy alternatives to assist you in reaching your goals, weather you are young, elderly or somewhere in-between, I believe there is always room for preventative health as this is the future of medicine! I’m passionate about good clean healthy food and living, and a true believer of the stages associated with change and the importance of recognising your ability for that change to occur, I will facilitate you on this path to achieving the balanced life you deserve. As they say “Rome was not built in a day” by using smaller changes to create a sustainable outcome is my approach, as I have seen countless regimes and diets force people to crash and burn, creating undesirable behaviour patterns. I believe that better health can be found by using natural means combine with your own intuition and a solid support network to achieve your desired outcome, as your health is priceless and the greatest wealth you’ll ever possess.
