At NWOC, we usually offer one on one Clinical Pilates sessions. This involves a thorough history and physical assessment followed by exercises appropriate to the individual. Clinical Pilates focuses on the deeper, smaller, stabilising muscles of the low back, abdomen and shoulder girdle. Such sessions may be appropriate for injury rehabilitation, pre and post pregnancy or postural support. Speak to our Osteopath regarding this.
