If you look closely I am in a gym, I wasn’t just out flexin’ in a library.
I would tho, if the lighting was right.
But I’m not.
Mindset during a cut is key.
Also discipline.
& consistency.
Work out what your patterns are, where are you constantly making excuses?
Become aware of this & start calling yourself out on your s**t.
I’ve had to push myself back into better habits this week, were there times I didn’t want to? Yes. Did it feel hard? Yes.
But doing the easy things or only doing it when you want to will only get you so far.
