Jake is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a strong foundation in health sciences and hands-on experience in elite sports settings, including a cadetship with the Western Bulldogs (AFL). He holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Victoria University and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Monash University, bringing a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to his treatments.

Jake is skilled in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, and functional stretching, tailoring each session to support recovery, reduce pain, and enhance performance. He is passionate about helping clients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re athletes or managing everyday stress and tension.

He’s passionate about helping people move and feel their best—whether they’re athletes, desk workers, or anyone in between. Jake is known for his calm, approachable nature and commitment to providing thoughtful, results-focused care.

Outside the clinic, Jake loves being outdoors, travelling (he’s visited 42 countries and counting), scuba diving, and staying active with all kinds of sports.
