Calfornia State University are doing a study on Fathers of preterm babies...see request below:

Hello! My name is Josephine Stutzke and I am a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy Student student at Cal State University Dominguez Hills. My classmates and I are researching the relationship between Parental Self-Efficacy, Parent-Infant Bonding, & Quality of Life Among Fathers of Preterm Babies Ages 0-3 Years Old. We hope to make a valuable contribution to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) research, specifically by fostering inclusivity and understanding the fathers’ experiences. In this regard, we are seeking participants who are father’s to complete our survey.

We wanted to ask if you would be willing to post our research flyer and link on your social media. Alternatively, if you could consider sending it to anyone you may know with the flyer and survey link, we would greatly appreciate it. This would be a great help to our research project and we would appreciate your support!

Whilst I can see the funny side of it almost 10 years on, it was a very full on experience.

I wish that I'd had the experiences the other NICU Dads had laid out for current and future NICU Dads in the "Enter The NICU" book...get the highlights of the suggestions at www.nicubeard.com
