Let’s not feed the inner meany and be a little kinder to yourself, be gentler with yourself. When you can quite that inner voice that is often loud and negative,
this is when you can hear your higher self speak, which is always trying to get your attention to bring peace into your life.
You just need to soften and quieten the louder voice so you can hear your soul speak. This is where your answers are.
