We’ll gather softly and settle into self-Reiki.

I am on a mission to rise vibration of love ❤️ in the world because love is the most powerful emotion that can transform anything.⁠

So ho can we do that? ⁠
⁠
In one of my latest reels I wrote about Butterfly effect. Have you heard of it?⁠
It explains that we are more powerful that we think. So if we want to see love in the world, we need to be that love.⁠
More we raise our own vibration of love, more love we can send out to the world. ⁠
⁠
But how do we do THAT?⁠
⁠
Well, firstly we need to stop thinking that love is something we need to acquire form outside. We need to start embody love. ⁠
⁠
Reiki is one of the tools that can help to discover and unravel that love within. Because Reiki is unconditional love. ⁠
⁠
Crystals like rose quartz, pink opal, kunzite, aventurine, malchite, prehnite (and many more) can help us to get in touch with our true essence - LOVE. ❤️⁠
⁠
Playing a heart chakra frequencies (you can easily find them on Spotify or YouTube) or heart chakra singing bowl can rise your vibration of love. ⁠
⁠
Backbend in yoga can help us to open our heart (no wonder those poses are called heart openers) ❤️⁠

I can talk about Reiki for hours 😃, but in this post I want to share with you what I say to the clients that come to see me for the first time:⁠
⁠
There’s a bit of magic💫 behind Reiki, but there’s actually science as well.

Reiki is a complementary therapy that involves encouraging a healthy flow of energy in the body by lowering the stress. ⁠
⁠
So when client lay down on the table and Reiki starts to flow through them, they very quickly go into the state of deep relaxation. So that means in no time they go from flight/fight to digest /rest. In that moment of deep relaxation, they are actually able to access their own healing abilities and start to ignite the healing from within.⁠
⁠
I like to see us a rosebuds.🌹 So if we want to have a beautiful rose in a full bloom, each petal needs to be open in a certain time and way. Reiki always works in the highest good for the client, so it opens up petal by petal, revealing and healing exactly what we need in the moment of healing.⁠
