What a privilege it has been for SMP physiotherapist, Braith Hodges, to work with Kane Malcomson in the lead-up to the Melbourne Marathon.

After battling a few frustrating calf strains and ITB issues over the last 2 months, Kane was able to get to the finish line with his brother Trent, running for their dad Ross, who was diagnosed with MND last year. Together, they pushed their dad in a modified wheelchair for 42km. What an incredible story of strength and perseverance 👏🏼

So far, the Malcomson family has raised over $56,000 for MND Victoria. If you’d like to support their cause, you can donate through Ross’s page here:

It's been a blast to share the road and check out some northern bunchies, with some seriously solid local and international riders 💪. Such an inclusive and respectful crew up here in Noosa.
