From a cosy studio in South Melbourne to the big move to the CBD, Burwood and Camberwell, the best way to describe Little Mandarin is 'community'. We strive to create a space where everyone feels welcome and at home - no matter what language you speak, where you come from, how old you are, and whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner. We want the community to go beyond a classroom environment by helping you to realise your potential and celebrate your progress. We are here to support one another and help each other. Little Mandarin is a place where we can learn from each other and create relationships beyond the yoga mat and studio. 🌸 A Fond Farewell to Our Nicholas Building Studio 🌸

Dear Little Mandarin Community,

As we prepare for a new chapter, it’s time to say goodbye to our beloved studio in the Nicholas Building. We’ve shared countless moments of breath, movement, and connection in this special space, and now it’s time to move forward.

Our last day of practice here will be October 22nd, and we encourage you to join us for one final flow in this beautiful setting. If you have any personal belongings—like yoga mats or aerial silks—please collect them by this date.

The de-fit starts on Wednesday, and while we’re sad to close the doors, we’re excited to announce that our new CBD studio will be located on Little Lonsdale Street, close to Overlay Coffee and surrounded by lots of great retailers! We’re creating a fresh and inspiring space, and we can’t wait to welcome you there soon. Please stay tuned.

Thank you for being part of this journey, and for your continued love and support. Here’s to new beginnings and even more shared moments in the future. 🙏✨

The wait is finally over! Little Mandarin Invites You to Our Blackburn Studio Opening Weekend (January 26th-28th).

We are so excited to finally announce that our 4th studio location at Blackburn North is almost ready , and the team at Little Mandarin would like to extend an official invite to our opening weekend. Free classes will be offered all weekend on Saturday, January 27th and Sunday, January 28th!

Friday, Jan 26th at 9.30-11.30am & 1-3pm: Studio open inspection

Saturday, Jan 27th and Sunday, Jan 28th: Free classes all weekend long! Registration in advance is essential.

Join us this weekend, December 16 & 17 for a pre & postnatal workshop. Join us for an informative and interactive workshop designed for both expectant and new mothers. Our Pre and Post-Natal Workshop will be held at Little Mandarin Yoga & Pilates’ Camberwell studio.

Learn valuable tips and techniques to support a healthy pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Our experienced instructors will guide you through gentle exercises, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods specifically tailored for this special time in your life. Our instructors will also address common problems faced in pregnancy and postpartum such as diastis recti (abdominal separation) and pelvic girdle pain.

We will incorporate the benefits and principles of both yoga and pilates into this workshop. Connect with other parents and share your journey in a supportive and friendly environment. There will be plenty of time for questions during the workshop. You’re welcome to stay and chat after the workshop with some small nibbles provided.

Introducing prenatal classes in Camberwell studio every Sunday morning from Nov 26th

Embrace the journey to motherhood with our empowering 5-week rolling prenatal practice! Nurture your body, mind, and baby through gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Kelly will be guiding you through tailored poses to enhance flexibility, strength, and peace. Prepare your body for a smooth childbirth. Join us on this transformative yoga journey!

Class is run every Sunday with a different theme/focus each week. Commit to all 5 weeks of classes or commit just to one class that interests you! Suitable for any stage of pregnancy, those new to yoga, and those with an existing movement practice.
