Had a really good time working with Karman for this workshop: a combination session of sound healing and angel 👼 reiki. I channeled some singing and felt really warm to have facilitator Karman's company and the support from the universe and angels 👼.

Very grateful and thankful to have had the opportunity and blessing to share my gifts with everyone else. It also helps me to know myself and change my own patterns.

I feel the gratitude and joy from the bottom of my heart to be able to share this with all of you.

Awakening, alignment, heartful embodied vibrational work that we all can raise to our true self and live to serve a higher purpose.

Sounds woo woo but it's more than true! And our higher self always knows the truth if we listen to the heart instead of the head.

Hi lovely soul,

we are sharing a "stress relief workshop" this month at Hawthorne library.
This is “Free” for the community.💗💝😍

It will be sound meditation and yoga practice in this workshop. Pm me if you are interested in participating and RSVP. Here are the introductions of our practitioners.

Beishen teaches body and breath awareness and engages the core from the yoga perspective. Backed with yoga anatomy and meditation training coupled with her own yoga practice and working with private clients, she has a keen eye to what is needed by her clients and develops tailored progressive home practices for them. She believes that yoga is a personal pursuit and it is through consistent self care practice that we are able to bring balance to the body and mind.

Fan is an intuitive healer who treats body pain through sound vibration, energy healing and massage. She mostly focuses on the clients needs and applies the most suitable combination of tools to help people with their own inner healing processes. She also hosts group sound journey meditation all around Victoria and online for relaxation, grounding and destressing. She is a certificated, highly experienced therapist.

Over the 10 years of working as Myotherapist, Shin has attended and fixed numerous patients with muscles and joints dysfunction. She has very good knowledge of anatomy and physiology which allows her to treat her clients' complaints of tension and aches effectively. She also offers self-help advice for clients to use at home including exercises and stretches specific to their conditions. She believes in building muscle mass and maintaining a good range of motions as part of the key to wellbeing. Shin loves sports. When she's off work, she spends her time practising martial arts or walking nature trails with her friends.

Only one weeks to go for our International Woman’s Day Sound Mediation to be hosted.
