PROPAGANDA WE’RE NOT FALLING FOR 👇
(aka things we’ve tested, questioned, and outgrown as practitioners)

Let’s break it down:

1. Shoes.
Most shoes destroy your foot function and rob you of natural movement. Barefoot > foot prisons any day.

2. Static stretching.
Stretching a tight muscle won’t fix dysfunction. You need to load it or release it, not just pull on it.

3. Resting after an injury.
Too much rest = stagnation. Smart movement is what actually promotes healing.

4. Checking your phone first thing in the a.m.
Hijacks your nervous system before your feet even hit the ground. Breathwork > blue light.

5. Good posture is sitting up straight.
Posture is dynamic. If you can’t move out of it, it’s not good posture.

6. Massage is for relaxation.
Sure, it can be - but good bodywork changes the way you move, breathe, and function.

7. Stretching more = better movement.
Most people need better load, breath, and coordination to improve movement.

8. Surgery as the first option.
Often avoidable (though not always) with the right tools.

9. Less movement the older you are.
The opposite is true: move more because you’re getting older.

10. More certifications = better practitioners.
Letters after your name mean nothing if you can’t get results in the room.
