Explaining how the scapular is the powerhouse for upper body calisthenics.

When we pull up we depress our shoulder blades to initiate the pull. After our elbows bend, our scapular retracts.

In our PTs we really simplify movements and analyse how we can improve engagement. Particularly if you struggle with injury recurring or if youโ€™re one who likes to move mindfully.
