Oh my goodness, I stopped using this page ages ago and yet the page likes are growing. In honour of that I might have to start posting again. My focus has changed since I was last here, still offering what my clients call my fun-filled and engaging laughter sessions, who doesn't love to laugh and have fun, but also working with mental health teams in the mindfulness area, and yes, there is laughter in my mindfulness programs. I hope you're going well. Do you have any fun mindfulness tips to share?
