Oh my goodness, I stopped using this page ages ago and yet the page likes are growing. In honour of that I might have to start posting again. My focus has changed since I was last here, still offering what my clients call my fun-filled and engaging laughter sessions, who doesn't love to laugh and have fun, but also working with mental health teams in the mindfulness area, and yes, there is laughter in my mindfulness programs. I hope you're going well. Do you have any fun mindfulness tips to share?

Oh my goodness, it's been a while since we've popped in here. Much is happening at Let's Laugh HQ. A fabulous creative brain is working on our new look, a new logo, a whole lot of new...... our new 5 steps to happiness, joy, resilience program is being rolled out, via on-line platforms, around the country and happily even to clients overseas, we even have some post covid in person events booked in (Melbourne lockdown and boarder openings permitting). And next Friday we will have what we think is some very exciting news - more on that next Friday. We hope you are finding moments of joy where ever you are.

Today is world Mental Health day. A friend of mine, Annie Harvey, runs a program called STILL - STop, Inhale, Listen, Laugh. I think it's gold. Today, in honour of your mental health, take time to STop, Inhale, Listen to your body, and if you can share a laugh with someone. My world is all about taking moments to check in on ourselves, and on others. One of my clients earlier this week called it holding space. To me every day is mental health day so please, take a moment, hold a space, and simply be STILL.
