Our card for last nights meditation was honesty.

"Honesty is the best policy. If I lose mine honour, I lose myself." - William Shakespeare

We began our journey tonight walking to our special place. As we walked there we let things go, our thoughts, troubles, worries, pains, everything. As they dropped one by one they turned to dust, blowing away or sinking into Earth.

When we arrived in our special place all that was left of ourselves was our light, our light in the most purest form.

We took a moment to be with our light in our space. Appreciating it, feeling it, loving it.

Ahead of us a portal appeared. It was closed with a vale. The vale like a mirror and in liquid form, shimmering, welcoming. We stepped closer and as we caught our reflection we locked onto our eyes and gazed deep within them.

Connecting deeply. We stepped closer again and into the liquid. The liquid light engulfed us as we stepped into and through the portal.

On the other side was a moment in time, an experience of our past or future. We entered into this event with purity, light and love. We were able to see from a new perspective, see from truth, and see with love. Recreating the moment, healing ourself and learning a lesson.

So many events in our life are seen through filters, beliefs and illusion. It is not bad or wrong. It served a purpose, often as a we to keep us safe. However these filters can limit our experience, can hide the truth, or block love and connection. Awareness is key. It takes practice and this meditation was a great way to step into truth.

As we settled into the meditation, we soon became aware of a tiny light moving around us. Like a little fire-fly, darting and zig-zagging quickly.

The moments of connection with it were fleeting, but we were guided to continue to watch and follow it. We soon fell into synchronicity with the movements of the fire-fly to the point we were not sure who was following who.

The movements became more graceful, slow and steady and soon rested in front of our body in line with our heart.

We took time to observe and connect to the light, marvelling at it's beauty, purity, love and light.

Our awareness was drawn to the infinite source of energy and light within us. We turned on the tap, allowing the energy to flow through our arms and hands and into this spark of light to expand it.

We were asked to think of someone and visualise them. With this other person in sight we were invited to send this ball of light to them, reaching just within their field and with an invitation for them to draw it in and use it as they need.

We watched as they welcomed the light in filling them with love, joy and kindness. In turn we also felt this love, joy and kindness within ourselves.

As the meditation drew to a close we became aware of the hundreds and thousands of fire-flies that surround us. Always there, always present and ready for us to connect, to share our light and send it to someone or something.

Do you consider each and everything a blessing? Take some time right now, right a list of your blessings. For an extra challenge identify one thing in your life you want to change then, rather than changing it, acknowledge how it is a blessing in its current form.
It is a challenge but I guarantee there are blessings there.

As the music commenced our journey we were guided to listen to it, but not with out ears, instead our body. We tunned in to feel and hear where in our body each tune, each note, each lyric was felt. Anywhere from our toes, fingers, hair, organs or cells, there were no limits

We observed each sensation, as if watching an orchestra play, not influencing it, not changing it, just being present, listening and letting it in.

As the next song came on we were guided to focus on one part, a part of the body where the song resonated the most and invited us in. We connected with this spot and imagined it as a being that we could communicate with.

We started the conversation, giving it space to express what it wanted to and listening with an open heart. We were invited give thanks and gratitude towards it and it's actions or purpose.

We then asked it what it would like to be thanked and acknowledged for, after it shared we responded by providing thanks and gratitude for each request.

The feeling was amazing, not just for that part of the body but everywhere in our body. Through this connection, through this moment of gratitude, our entire body became connected and the feeling of being seen, being heard and being thanked travelled to every cell.

As the meditation came to an end we were requested to do this activity daily and to consider doing it beyond our body, extending the same practice to our family, to our friends, to our communities, to the world. Imagine what would be possible!

Our journey began with little guidance, only the occasional light language and the song which helped us fall into the meditation.

Shortly we were prompted to become of aware of where our mind and intuition had taken us. We observed without judgement and detached from any meaning. Each of us seeing something different. Memories of the past, visions of the future or even something abstract. Whatever it was, it was perfect.

There was a reason why our journey led us to this moment. We allowed ourselves to explore and interact to discover the purpose of this journey.

We found it, the purpose. Well, at least we thought we did. We learnt that what we had discovered was not it, it was a creation of what we thought or wanted it to be, something driven not out of purity, but out of need and wanting.

To find the true meaning we had to stop. Stop searching, stop creating, stop adding meaning. We were guided to become silent and still and to open ourselves to receive.

What came to us wasn't an answer, it wasn't something physical, nor was it something that could be said in words. It was a way of being, an altered state, a state where anything is possible.

We were reminded that no matter what it is that we are persevering through, this state of being is possible and not only is it possible, but it is powerful and all that matters.

Our meditation journey last week was on Nobility. It was a powerful class where we connected with our true essence within.
Why and how would our true essence within lead to Nobility? Our true essence is free of ego. Which means there are no layers of protection, no programs running us to keep us safe, and we are not driven by fear, greed or power.
We are acting with alignment to our true self, our purpose. In this state, and without ego, we live the virtues of nobility. We treat ourselves and others with dignity and respect. We speak and act with integrity. We remain steadfast to what we know is right. We lead a life of principles and purpose.
Being in this state can certainly be challenging and we can sometimes find ourselves disconnected, unsure of who we are and what we are doing. And that is ok! We are afterall human. It takes conscious awareness and discipline to be aware of our state and adjust.
In our meditation we related to this true essence as a pearl within us. By stopping and bringing our attention to find this pearl we are able to let go of ego and connect to our true self.
Meditation and visualisations are a powerful way to adjust our state and live the virtues of nobility.
We each have a pearl within us. A pearl that contains the universe within it, but in a vibration and form that represents us, our purpose, our nobility. Take a moment now to find the pearl within you.

Our journey started with a slight denseness as we tuned into our energy. We began to let things flow and let them go and the density quickly began to soften and lighten. As it did, it revealed our light within, a ball of light, like a star.

When we became just light, and nothing else, we turned our attention onto the surroundings. Each of us saw something different and we allowed ourselves to explore the space, and connect with what we found.

We were asked to consider that everything within this space was an element of ourselves. With this consideration we continued our exploration to learn what it meant and with each connection we became one.

The space was thinning out and ahead of us saw a very large ball of light, much larger than anything we had encountered. So large it's gravity pulled us, and everything around us, in. Flowing in faster and faster until boom, we entered, instantly becoming one with it.

The journey continued. We travelled further into the centre of this ball of light and once we arrived we discovered a small pearl. We reached out and grabbed the peal and as we did everything disappeared leaving just our energetic self holding this pearl.

This pearl represented us. Us in our most purest essence and form. We took time to connect, to feel, and to be one with this pearl and everything it meant and represented. The feeling was indescribable.

We began to fall with this pearl back towards our body, indicating the meditation was coming to an end. We entered our body through our crown and travelled to the centre of our heart. When we arrived the essence of the pearl spread with light throughout our body as we healed and transformed.

We each have a pearl within us. A pearl that contains the universe within it, but in a vibration and form that represents us, our purpose, our nobility.

When was the last time you connected to your pearl? What is one step you can take right now to create time and space to connect to your pearl?

Our next class is Monday 3rd October 8pm Melbourne time.

Our card for last night's meditation was Reverence

"Affirmation of life is the spiritual act by which man ceases to live unreflectively and begins to devote himself to his life with reverence... To raise it to its true value." - Albert Schweitzer

Most sessions always have an amazing ability to flow but tonight's sure was exceptional. The songs that played and timing of them flowed beautifully. The message I got was wow, I need to bring this to more people.

We began our journey allowing the music to bring us to the present moment. We soon found ourselves on land and as we looked ahead we saw a very large hole in the ground. As we approached and looked down we discovered it was a cave.

The cave was calling to us, inviting us in. As we looked for a way to enter we found stairs carved into the perimeter. Drawn into its wonder with curiosity and awe we began our journey down and into the cave. A journey in itself that lead us to the bottom where we found a sandy beach.

We walked through the sand, feeling it move between our toes, grounding us in this moment of beauty. Ahead, was a lake of water, glistening a beautiful shimmer of blue light and reflecting the last of the suns rays onto our face.

We stepped into the water, instantly feeling it's cleansing power. We continued to enter the water, deeper and deeper. The water washing away our fears and what did not serve us, as it cleared our field and was transmuted back into this clear, crisp and shimmering blue water.

We took a deep breath in and fully submerged into the water. Beneath the surface we were taken deeper into a whole new world. The light from the sun no longer able to reach us, the darkness was lit with bright shimmering blue light. A shimmering blue light that we soon discovered was the reflection of our light.

We continued to float on our back and drift on the surface of the water. As we looked up to the ceiling of the cave into the shimmering blue light, we were told there was a message for us and were guided to take time to contemplate, reflect, and observe the reverence in this light.

The water and the light soon picked up pace, taking us further until we exited the cave, finding ourselves in the middle of a lake. It was shallow enough for us to stand. Around us we found an expression of ourselves and our true value. With this realisation the space began to morph and expand as our creation birthed life.

Within this creation we were drawn to a window. It looked familiar. As we got closer we discovered it was the window to the room where we started the meditation journey and inside we saw our body. Our body appeared differently, vibrating at a higher frequency, a sign that something had shifted and the essence of ourselves being expressed in it's truest form. We flowed into the room and into our body like the light from the sun.

We awoke, reborn.

What will you find when you take time to go within and connect to the true essence of you?

"The greatest gift that you can give to others is the gift of unconditional love and acceptance" - Brian Tracey

Our journey had a slow start. We allowed our thoughts to flow like a stream of consciousness. Resisting the need to analyse and add meaning, just letting it flow.

Then suddenly, we had to stop and focus in on the thought that was present at that moment. As we focused in, the thought became clearer. For some it was a memory of the past, for others something anticipated in the future. What ever it was, it was perfect, and exactly what we needed to see.

Our first temptation was to make changes, however we could not. Roots quickly grew from beneath our feet an into the Earth holding us in this moment. We felt the light and wisdom from Mother Earth as her energy flowed through our body reshaping us like a tree. We were unable to interact with the situation, only observe.

We came to accept our situation and as we did we also began to accept the moment we were observing. As we did it was as if the situation changed, we began to see things that we didn't see before. We discovered lessons, we saw the gifts and understood it's divine perfection.

Soon after we began to grow branches that reached out into the moment. Each branch bearing fruit. Fruit available for the picking from those in the moment. This fruit contained the wisdom we gained from the experience and the gift of being rooted in the moment to observe and accept.

One by one the fruit was picked and the situation continued to morph and grow. We became present to love and beauty.

The trees became bright, filled with particles of light. The particles of light slowly started to drift apart, falling to the Earth, following the roots. Mother Earth collected this energy and channelled it back to our physical body. Bringing with it the lessons of the meditation.

What moment in your life are you resisting or wanting to change? What would be possible if you stood like a tree, observed newly, and accepted everything as it was? It takes courage but the reward can be life changing.

Our journey began slowly and peacefully, guided by light language and the vocals of the songs that played.

We were asked to become aware of what we bought into the meditation, where we were and what surrounded us. As we looked around we became aware of the vast ocean that surrounded us. It's like we were stuck on an island in the middle of a large ocean, with all our 'stuff'

As we gazed out into the ocean we found ourselves drawn towards a certain direction and as we thought about what was out there and the desire to go towards it, a sailing raft appeared. A little hesitant at first, we made our way to the raft. A gentle breeze blew around us in the direction of where we felt we needed to go. We stepped onto the raft and the wind quickly picked up and carried us out to sea.

The island we left behind with all our 'stuff' began to shrink as we sailed away, it looked as if it was being engulfed by the ocean as she washed away our past.

The conditions of the ocean appeared different for each of us. Some gentle, some wondering and others through a storm. No mater what the conditions were, we felt calm, present and trusting in the reliability of our intuition and the universe to take us where we needed.

As we looked towards the horizon we saw the sun approaching and rather than disappearing beneath the horizon it began to slip along the surface of the water. Quickly the sun appeared as a circle on the ocean surface, large and filled with bright white light.

We drew closer to it and very quickly found ourselves in the middle, completely surrounded by white light and to the point it felt like we fell into the centre of the sun.

In this space all that existed was this light. The raft was gone, our body was gone, our attachments gone... Only light could exist. A place of nothing and a place of infinite possibility.

We were invited to create freely in the light. Creating without our past, without our beliefs, but rather with purpose and authenticity. Anything and everything was possible.

Our journey was coming to an end though, within this space we were guided to find a physical representation of ourselves. When we found it we connected and a vortex began to draw in the light and our creation, bringing it all back into our body and physical world. As it did we were reminded of our body and the realm it existed within. We slowly and gently came back into our physical form as we raised our vibration to match this new creation bringing with us the possibility we discovered.

What would be possible for you if you created not from your past or your beliefs but from purpose and authenticity?

Our card in last weeks meditation journey was tolerance. An interesting one for me as I was sick for a few days last week, stuck in bed, and frustrated that I was unable to what I wanted to do. I knew my body needed rest and it really did come at the perfect time as there was no critical deadlines, however I was still frustrated and my tolerance to it at first was rather low lol.

What I learnt in our meditation journey last week is that we can't always change or control what shows up around us. We can however change and choose how we react and respond. When we detach from our emotions, when we accept what is around us, we become empowered and free to choose.

So last week when I was sick in bed, I felt into the emotions of frustration. I allowed myself to see it, to feel it, and to connect. I gave myself permission to have these feelings accepting them for being there. After that it's like they just disappeared. As if it was just wanting to be heard and acknowledged. Once I did I was able to fully rest and recover, which no doubt lead to a quicker turn recovery.

Emotions are important. Holding onto them and how we respond to them is a choice. What are you choosing today?
