Dr. Eugene Green Dr.Eugene Green is a Cosmetic Practitioner founder of Dr Green Cosmetic Group in South Melbourne Dr Eugene Green graduated from Monash University in 1994.

He has worked as a GP, After-Hours Locum Doctor and has developed a special interest in Cosmetic Medicine and Platelet Rich Plasma Injections to help with the healing and repair of joints and tendons. He has a passion for using non-surgical and minimally invasive techniques to enhance beauty. Techniques such as Anti-Wrinkle Injections, Dermal Fillers, Platelet Rich Plasma, Collagen Induction/Skin Needling and a customised skin care range. Dr Green’s philosophy is that non-surgical enhancements should help make the individual look more youthful, attractive and rejuvenated. NON SURGICAL THREAD LIFTS - If you’re noticing heaviness through the jowl area or deeper nasolabial folds, a PDO thread lift may help create gentle repositioning and support. To create a subtle lift !

During the procedure, dissolvable PDO threads are carefully placed beneath the skin to provide structural support and stimulate collagen over time.

Depending on individual anatomy and skin laxity, we may place approximately 4–6 threads per side. Every treatment plan is tailored — there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

The threads gradually dissolve over approximately 6–12 months. Results vary between individuals, and in some cases a repeat procedure may be considered at 12–18 months to maintain support.

PDO mono threads are a minimally invasive option to support and refine the lip border without adding volume. They work by stimulating your own collagen production along the vermilion edge, helping to:

• Create a softer, more youthful outline

Unlike dermal fillers, mono threads do not volumise the lips. Instead, they provide bio-stimulation and structural support over time as collagen remodels around the threads.

How it works:
Fine, smooth PDO threads are placed superficially along the lip border. Over 8–12 weeks, they stimulate collagen and gradually improve definition and texture. Results typically last around 6–9 months depending on individual collagen response.
