I am not perfect, you are not perfect. No-one is perfect. We all have bad and good days, we all make mistakes, we all get upset and offended, and cause upset sometimes.
Its OK to have a bad day, its OK to ask for help, its OK to feel sad or down. What sets us apart is how we respond and react. We get up, accept help, take time for our own care, be with those who care about you, remind yourself of all the good things in life. Love yourself.
