Today’s session is all about gratitude.
Sometimes I often forget how truly lucky I am. I have all my basic needs met, a job that I love, I live in a safe environment and I am free to do whatever I want whenever I want.
On the harder days gratitude brings me back to being centered, present and allows me to see how truly abundant I am.
Gratitude is a feeling of warmth and thankfulness of what you have within our world. You learn to recognise the sources of goodness that are already in our lives.
You can also have gratitude for specific people around you and/or who inspires you.
Practicing gratitude helps you be thankful for what we already have.
Gratitude allows you to:
Deepen your relationships with yourself, friends, family and the outer world.
Helps improves physical and mental health
Assists in attracting more abundance in your life
Allows you to feeling more positive and happy
The key to gratitude is that it assists in changing the patterns and belief system at the subconscious level.
Changing this at the subconscious level allows your inner belief system change.
Today my 3 things I am grateful for include:
Nature - ability to breath and view nature in its beauty
Career - ability to work in a job and create a business where I can help others.
Freedom - ability to do what I want whenever I want.
