Welcome Nicole to the Diverse Myotherapy team 🙌
We’re excited to introduce Nicole, Remedial Therapist and Exercise Scientist, joining us from March 3.
Nicole brings a great mix of hands on treatment and exercise based rehab, with experience working with athletes and everyday clients, and managing injuries both from training and day to day life. As a national level powerlifter 🏋️♀️, she genuinely understands recovery, load management, and what it takes to get your body moving and feeling right again.
We’re also really happy to finally have a female therapist on board 👏 It’s something we’ve been asked about a lot over the years, so it’s great to now be able to offer that option within the clinic.
To celebrate her start, we’re offering
$15 OFF all treatments with Nicole for the entire month 💥

Doing what we do is more than just helping people get out of pain.
After years of treating, I’ve realised it’s really about connecting with people and genuinely caring about what’s going on in their lives. You can’t see clients as just another booking or another number.
Some of the people I treat, I’ve known for years. I’ve watched their kids grow up, followed their wins, supported them through injuries, stress, and big life moments. A lot of them feel more like mates than “clients”.
I’m not saying every person you see becomes your best friend. But the care has to be real.
The treatment matters, but the connection matters just as much.

Grateful for opportunities like this 🤝
Had the chance to run an in-house workshop with and it was such a great day all round.
We focused on refining soft tissue and manual therapy techniques exactly as they’re used in a real clinical setting, practical, effective, and no fluff.
A bit of a reflective moment for me too, going from always being the student to now teaching and sharing what I use daily in clinic.
Always rewarding to give back, support other therapists, and share knowledge.
Huge thanks to the Kinesio team for the trust and opportunity 👊

Over time, Alexi has suffered numerous injuries due to playing sports and martial arts. As a result of dealing with such injuries, he became interested in understanding the body and how it works, as well as rehabilitation and most importantly prevention. Of all the treatment he received, he found that Myotherapy treatments were the most beneficial to addressing his injuries and being able to prevent further injuries. This is what led Alexi to find his passion in Myotherapy, which has allowed him to help and empower many clients over time. This is something he strives to continue to achieve every day.
