Kemetic Yoga in Australia!

In October 2018, our teacher Yirser Ra Hotep came to Melbourne to train us to become Kemetic Yoga Instructors. It was the first training of Kemetic Yoga ran in Australia, and we are now 10 Instructors all based in Melbourne’s area excepted Natasha who is based in New Zealand.

Kemetic Yoga comes from the Ancient Civilization of Kemet, who gave birth to the Pyramids and all the Knowledge that we find on the walls of the Pyramids still today. Kemetic Yoga is a practice that embodies a vision of Living aligned with the Traditional African Spirituality. It is about living once Life in Harmony, Order, Balance and Justice; and is about cultivating Total Health. The practice of Kemetic Yoga is not separated from cultivating a Healthy Lifestyle.
