We have alot of support from consciousness that exists outside a body. Its time for a reset of everything. We have been trapped in density for too long. Your father adam was kidnapped and trapped and it was hurting every man. He is free now and everything is resetting so we can all feel free and at peace. We all need to know whats going on so we can use our minds to create a new reality. We have that ability. if we all want change we can create it.

Are you scared of being truly seen in your power and beauty?
Do you like the idea of shinning your light but when it comes down to it you hide?

That's been me for years.
I couldn't understand this pattern for so long.

I have no problem creating art and have years of unshared art because I have been afraid to be truly seen.

The thought of it made me feel vulnerable not in a good way.
I had so many negative associations with the lime light.
Fear of projection ran rife in my subconscious and unconscious minds.

I trembled everytime my being would ask to step up and reclaim my spiritual codes to heal through beauty and art.

Family and cultural programming from a young age compounded with childhood trauma imprints of jealousy and envy.
Part of my consciousness was trapped in a loop in the past.

My safe haven was my privacy and cacoon where no one could see my wounded inner child.

And so I thought...🤔

But now I see this pattern for what it is.
Distorted neurological pathways from trauma that make the past so real in the present moment.

The fact is no matter what you fear it's never ever the full story.
And you have control over how you feel about it now.

You can choose to live in fear and mental loops or let that s**t go and have courage.
And see what happens..

We all want to experience the juiciest deepest ,heart expanding love in our relationships.
And we all want to have satisfying, fulfilling and long lasting connections with others however how to manifest this in your life is not always easy to work out.

Or if you do manifest a soul mate or a twin flame connection how do you keep it as you constantly grow ,change and evolve?

How do use the challenges in our relationships as a tool to help us awaken and grow deeper into love.
How do you start to see and heal the disowned parts of your own soul that keep showing up in dysfunctional or toxic relationships?

Well I have gone through an intense journey through my relationships and seen some of the worst hidden patterns within myself I learned in my childhood and in my ancestral dna that really wrecked so many of my relationships in the past.

I am constantly being humbled by the universe in this realisation that everyone is a part of me
And the greatest illusion is that we are existing as an individual and separate from others.

One thing I know for sure now is the only through a difficult relationship pattern or the absence of love is to go deeper into it not to avoid it or run away.

If you believe that you love yourself but spend your days critising yourself, judging yourself and others or treating yourself badly by choosing low vibe experiences and peope then your self love is incomplete.

Self love has many layers. Its not just about doing nice things for yourself although this is part of it.

Its taking stock of the things that don't feel good in your life and changing them and this includes how you treat and see others. Because other humans are part of you. You don't exist in a vacuum and how we treat others directly reflects back on us.

Its learning to be patient with yourself and others.
Its self forgiveness when you self sabbotage or make a mistake.
Its self compassion that your needs matter just as much as anyone else's.

True self love is a path to enlightenment and its not something you can fake till you make it.
You just do it through how you think, act and treat yourself and others...

In ancient civilizations such as Lumeria ,Atlantis and Ancient Egypt practising love making was one of the most sacred of all ceremonies and people would prepare for even up to a month sometimes, cleansing or detoxing their bodies so they could experience going back to Eden during lo******ng.
They knew the more energy that went into preparation with the right partner would result in a transcendent experience that was life changing.

During foreplay and s~ex, our s*x center starts to create light particles that are called keys in our energy field.
These keys then form other light structures that rebuild our light bodies and physical bodies.
However these keys are also the same things that s*x entitys feed off.
To prevent losing precious keys during s~ex ensure that you and the other person are in the right energy together or frequency. It also helps to set up a sacred space.

The more energy you put into making sure the experience is healing and sacred the more it will reveal to you.

If the experience is filled with more love, reverence, surrender , respect , unity and tenderness then we may even experience more subtle realms of existence.
These realms are called Edonic Realms I.e heavenly realms.

Without accountability nothing changes.
Without seeing exactly how your mind and energy are creating your sufferring and making the decision to change, negative experiences and feelings simply continue doing push-ups in the background of your life.

Make peace with your shadow by learning the higher meaning behind situations in your life.

Everything from a mundane illness to a massive conflict with a loved one is always an opportunity to learn how you created that situation by being in the energy of your shadow.

Its actually a blessing to these hidden patterns within us.

Without the negative experiences of our lives , we would never know that we what energy we where unconsciously putting out.

This year has been a journey of negative experiences, projections and realisations that ALL of it is me and no one else but me is manifesting these experiences in my reality.

Its honestly the most empowering journey to see these things within yourself and to shift your mindset and shadow energy, to a more enlightened state being.

All negative energies can be transformed to higher states. Every shadow has a gift and direct opposite energy that is also within you, waiting to be realised.

In 2020 the universe has turned up the volume on our shadows and inner dysfunctions.
Its turned up the volume on our grief, dissatisfactions, lack of higher purpose, self destruction ,anger ,disillusion and chaos...
Its turned up the volume on the consequences of making unfufilling choices in where we live, what we eat our relationships and careers.
Its turned up the volume to force you to heal so you can create a future where you no longer compromise your highest dreams because of your fears.

Amidst all of this internal processing and innerwork ,dont forget to come to play, beauty ,fun and lightness...

Dont forget to still let your light shine and see your beauty through the process...

Healing is hella messy at times, and the antidote to stop the sickness that is over seriousness is play, joy ,beauty and creativity...

Use these things to help you soften in these times and integrate, reinvent yourself and create the life your heart yearns for.

Full Moon in Aries Oct 1st

Iv been feeling an inner confidence from the fiery sign of Aries, fearless in my pursuit of what makes my soul feel the most alive.
Its a quieter inner confidence not necessarily loud or attention seeking.

I feel fearless in facing the worst truths about my shadows and things I have been avoiding or self sabotaging.

I feel more passionate enthusiastic and inspired for whatever comes next

I also did a ritual today to burn my old hair as I recently shaved my head.
I burnt my hair on the beach to connect with the energy of fire and transmutation.

I called in a really powerful sacred space. ( how to do this is on my youtube chanel oshunlilith)

I listed all the energies and patterns I I am done with and once my old hair turned to ash I went into the ocean n**e for a baptism from the Sea and throwing away of the ash.

It was so powerful, afterwards I had to lie down because the energy from the ritual was so strong, I could barely do anything. I just had to rest and let spirit heal me and remove what I had released from my body..
I could feel parts of my body I have never felt before, releasing old toxicity.
Activating my DNA with new codes and frequencies aligned with the real me.

Burning old hair for me has always been a powerful and symbolic process.
The last time I did a similar ritual on a fullmoon on top of a mountain and that night my boyfriend proposed and now we are married and even though I wasn't necessarily asking for that in the ritual its what my heart wanted and its what I got.

Try it next time you get a haircut or even write things down you want to release in a red pen and do a ritual by the fire. Whatever you inspired to do is what's right for you and its very important to make sure you space is entity free by creating a strong energetic container and calling in the right cosmic forces to amplify your process.

I really resonated with this post. For most women intimacy begins before the actual act of lo******ng.

It's in the way we speak to each other, the tone, the openness and willingness to have difficult conversations.

The level of patience, tolerance, understanding, trust and compassion in the relationship.

The willingness to be vulnerable and accountable and honest about our own shadows or issues.

It's also how we respond when we are angry, annoyed or frustrated.

How deeply we recieve and listen to our partner.

How we react when our partner is not being kind or loving.
Do we throw shade back them or do we return non-love with love and help them to remember how to be love.

ALL THINGS COUNT.
All these things make a difference and strengthen your bond with your partner and this only makes lo******ng even better.

All actions add up...
To how close, trusting and open you will be with your lover.
True intimacy is more than just s*x...

A very real lesson I learned a long ass time ago in my younger days.

Just because you have bomb ass s*x with someone doesn't mean they truly see your soul, value you or love you.

As a women we can get this twisted because we produce bonding chemicals during lo******ng or or**sm that make us feel closer and more trusting of the person we are making love with.
If this is a consistent b***y call or f*ck buddy/ friend with benefit, we start to develop really strong feelings of attachment.

We may even read into things more, fantasize that the person loves us and wants to bond with us more when that's so far from the reality and truth of the matter.

In my personal own experience this always leads to really intense feelings of rejection, low self esteem, unworthiness and even obsession.
I would read into things so intensely and even abuse my psychic gifts trying to figure out why this person doesn't love me and yet they crave my p***y so much.

I realised its really so different for men and they can dettach even from the most insanely heavenly s*xual experience.

From this point I decided it was my responsibility to be careful who I allow into my body and why.

And it was really important for me to take my time getting to know someone's and see actual evidence of a mutual bond and attraction on a deep level through open hearted honest communication, behaviour and actions that were not just about s*x to be sure we where on the same page.

Letting someone into your sacred space, p***y and heart when they don't truly value or love you is one of the most heartbreaking experiences. It really f*cken hurts!

And the more you experience this the more you realise this is a form of self betrayal too...

So enjoy,play but always clarify expectations and the reality of things before you invest too much of your heart, emotions and feelings.

Last night I went to the debth of my shadows and saw the illusion of a life I was building crumble right before me...
My Ego was shattered...
It felt like a small death...
I knew Black Moon Litlih, Kali, Aries, Eris are all doing a dance in sky
Catapulting us into deep change...
And though these goddesses are so intense and shake you to the core...
They bitch slap you into an awakening...
I had such an experience last night and this morning...
Today I wake up new and realise the error of my ways...
I see how much I have been compromising, supressing and denying my desires and my own innate expressions of pleasure...
Sometimes we go into old patterns and imprints bevause they feel secure...
But the Goddess is watching and she is like nuh uh baby gurl...
Not this time...
Its time to snap out of the illusions and delusions...
Time to wake up and reclaim your birthright...
Its time to be who you know you where born and destined to be...

Sometimes for you to have a major breakthrough in your awakening as women , the universe will put you through some initiations that make your heart feel like its on fire , and not always in a good way.

Sometimes we will have to endure heartbreak , shame, betrayal, rejection, abandonment , aloneness and all the heaviest of emotions.

It sometimes is for our highest and best to go through these things because at the end of these experiences especially when we own our own shadow, and are accountable to our part in the creation of our pain and sufferring...
Something magical happens one day......

Our heart finally cracks open,
Flames of rapture erupt
And we are reborn again...

Like a phoneix rising from the ashes...
Our true soul beauty emanating and shinning like never before...

This is the gift behind sufferring...
Sufferring is by design filled with grace...
Especially if we face our karma and realise our own innate power to retreate ourselves and our lives...
