I am now running the clinic full time from the virtual world. Some of you have already had sessions with me online, (so you can skip this paragraph :)) but some of you may not know...I have been doing sessions online for a while, but clearly running them 100% online due to our current situation.

To put your mind at ease, the sessions are ‘almost’ structured exactly the same as they are in a clinic session. They are also just as powerful. In fact I believe they have even more benefits.

💜You are in the comfort of your own home/office.
💜You have the option to block out some extra personal time after the session to allow the awareness gained and the corrections to take effect without rushing back to hurried life.
💜If the sessions end via meditation, we will just disconnect and allow you to ‘come to’ in your own time.
💜You can totally wear your Pyjamas.

Everything is energy. So there are no boundaries even via distance.

Trust me, you will love them just as you do in the clinic.

I understand we are all in trying times at the moment. Our stress levels are possibly off the wall.
I believe that maintaining our energy and self care practices are really the priority. If we become broken during these crazy times the climb back will be harder.

Change your perspective, now and for the future.

What an amazing time to take full advantage of this unfamiliar situation we find ourselves in.

Its a full bag of emotions. And then some.

We are reluctantly realising that we are limited in how we can control the outside world.
What can we do with this quiet time?
How can we thrive in this situation?

Life is a series of events and ALL we have are our CHOICES we make in responding to them.
You have the power to choose to be reactive...or you have the power to choose to influence you situation.

In kinesiology we can pinpoint certain unbalanced emotions you are reacting to and highlight the ideal balanced emotions you want to influence.

Below are a few examples of what we all might be feeling around being iSOULated (influencing my situation the way I choose lol) The last one is my fav!!

IMMOBILISED??? The ideal way to move through this would be to be CONGRUENT. So ask yourself, how can I come into agreement with this situation? List small things you do agree with about being 'immobilsed' physically and emotionally.

DISCONNECTED???The ideal way to move through this would be to be GENTLE. So again ask yourself, where or how can I influence a feeling of gentleness. Do I need to show it with someone else or myself? Or a particular situation.

TRAPPED???? The wellness medicine here is believe it or not...AMUSED. My favourite. Who has been in a ridiculous helpless situation and the overwhelming incomprehensible need to go into hysterics washes over you? I feel that is triggered by a higher power to soothe you. Why are MEMEs so powerful in mad panicked situations?... to easy our stress. So how can you be amused in this situation?

Why? Why not?

This is a time for us all to pull our weight I guess.

We are all having a hard time getting our heads and hearts around this story. Healthcare is top of the list.

And for us in the energy/emotional/mental health arena we are only too aware of the invisible invisible impact it will be having on our spirit.

Everyone has different needs and fears. As a Kinesiologist, thank god I have a toolbox to refer to for my own wobbles. Yes everyone is wobbling at the moment. It’s okay. Step by step is all we can do. Let’s get our community strong. Let’s lift each other in any small way. Perhaps you will need the lift from someone else tomorrow. That is also okay.

So with all of that said. I am offering my time and some tools I would like to share. Nothing is asked for in return, but perhaps consider if there is a way to offer your time or skills forward in your community?

Bring back the days when it was okay to ask your neighbour for a cup of sugar. Let’s bring this mentality back.

I am totally loving the experiences I am having with my 6 week program. The clients I have are so amazing and strong and really doing themselves such a wonderful service at looking at their stuff! I admire their vulnerability and the courage to work through their triggers. I am 100% walking the journey with them💜💜

Besides I am equally learning so many things about myself too. Thank you for the equal exchange 🙏🙏

Life is full of the wobbles. Getting the right perspective of certain situations can be tricky. For we all know this life comes with zero instruction manuals. We will make our mistakes but they could also be our creative lessons.

Perspective can smooth out the bumps a bit.

So when is a good time to book a session? Certainly if you have hit a perpetual cycle of repeated mistakes. That’s a clear sign...In a session we are able to gain new insight as to why that is!

The standard version...then the cheeky version.

A kinesiology session does not always have to feel heavy. We all know we have our inner demons making us do stuff we would rather not do. It’s a human experience and as such an experience we all share.

I thought I would have to change my ‘cheeky style’ when I first started out. The fear I would be insensitive to people’s issues haunted me in the beginning. BUT The most amazing laughter has come in my sessions that has surprised even me.

Perhaps the tears start first but though the awareness in session of why someone is operating at a particular level, surprises my clients that often there is total belly laughter at the recognition.

It’s a seriously powerful modality but it doesn’t have to be serious all of the time. Humour is so cathartic and raises your vibration too.
