Hot tip: if you're having Sunday sippers opt for Pure Blonde , as its low carb - good for your BSL and your rig! Or if you want something a bit more Hoppy go for Furphy, still relatively low carb, but may rise the BSL a tad.

Diabetic Fitness Tip:

Before training, make sure you let your sugar levels ride a little higher than normal 9.0-12 mmol/L. Your sugar levels will naturally drop during exercise, especially if you have fast acting insulin 'on board' (injected within the last 2 hours). So, doing this will prevent you from dropping too low, allowing you to focus and smash your workout! Nothing worse than a mid-session drop, having to eat sugar and then training while your body is digesting it and recovering from hypoglycemia!
