Are you as excited for Monday morning as you are for Friday afternoon?

Because the stories we learned when we were tiny Bubbas — in the first seven years of our life — are still shaping the arc of our adult lives today.

Stories about what it means to be enough.

And those unconscious storylines quietly stop us from imagining… and therefore creating… our most wildly beautiful life.

👋 Hi, I’m Ann Marie Grace — an artist, entrepreneur, and life coach who once walked this exact path.

When I graduated university with a Fine Arts degree, I loved creating. But I shook it off because I believed life was meant to be serious.

Work was meant to be hard.
Joy was optional.
Fun was irresponsible.
And I needed a “real job.”

Those beliefs ruled my life — and I experienced depression for 16 years because I built a life based on what success looked like to other people, instead of listening to my own heart.

And here’s the thing:
That’s not uncommon.

Everywhere I look, I see people who aren’t experiencing vibrant health, fulfilling relationships, or meaningful, heart-connected work.

They’re getting by to get the paycheck.
Waiting for retirement.
Waiting for “one day.”
Waiting until they can finally live.

I broke my own rule last week…

“You’re literally designed to do this.”

That’s what I found myself saying this morning at our Walk Your Talk members’ breakfast.

We were deep in a conversation about authenticity, alignment, our ‘why’—and how to bridge our vision for the future with how we show up today.

One of our members shared their dream: to be the go-to expert on a morning talk show.
They lit up talking about it. Said they loves telling stories—bringing complex ideas to life in a way that actually connects.

My soul went: ‘I bet they have the storytelling channel in their Human Design chart.’

And guess what? They do.

So I pulled out my phone, ChatGPT’d the traits of two of their channels related to communicating and manifesting - and explained exactly why this dream isn’t just random—it’s written in their energy.

This is literally what they are made for.
