This nourishing practice uses a warm room and supported postures to facilitate deep Late summer invites grounding and nourishment as the intensity of summer softens. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this season relates to the Earth element and the Spleen and Stomach meridians, supporting digestion, stability and balance.
This 90-minute practice offers grounding Yin postures to settle the nervous system and support embodied ease, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra for deep rest and integration. A gentle invitation to slow down, centre yourself, and restore balance as the seasons shift.
