Join Chi for a dynamic, full-body practice that combines the fluidity of yoga with the power of Pilates and high intensity interval training (HIIT). In this immersive session, you'll flow through mindful yoga sequences, integrating cardio and bodyweight exercises, and dumbbells to build mind-body connection and muscle tone. At the end, we will slow down again with stretches and breathwork.

Did you know we’re open 365 days a year - yes, even Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Over the festive period, our schedule softens slightly. A few familiar classes may pause, but everything returns to its usual rhythm as we head into the new year.

Class numbers are limited, so we recommend booking ahead to hold your place.

Our Client Care team will be available during usual business hours throughout this period, with the exception of public holidays. We encourage members to manage their bookings, and schedules directly via the One Hot app, and to submit any membership queries or requests with plenty of notice ahead of public holiday closures.
