Join Chi for a dynamic, full-body practice that combines the fluidity of yoga with the power of Pilates and high intensity interval training (HIIT). In this immersive session, you'll flow through mindful yoga sequences, integrating cardio and bodyweight exercises, and dumbbells to build mind-body connection and muscle tone. At the end, we will slow down again with stretches and breathwork.
This class encourages the union of movement and strength, guiding you through each posture with intention and breath. Through steady motion and mindful resistance, you'll cultivate strength, flexibility, and mental clarity, leaving the mat feeling empowered and balanced.
