Did you know that anger and anxiety share a few things in common?

For example, the symptoms:

- fast heart rate
- rush of heat
- tightness in chest
- tension headache

Both can be triggered by everyday experiences. Both can seem to be managed using the same tricks:

🔅Do some exercise
🔅Practice mindfulness
🔅Deep breathing exercises
🔅Therapy

Do you know why many of us shake or tremble when we are anxious? 👇

It’s because anxiety releases way too much adrenaline in us.

Adrenaline is a hormone that makes us:

- more alert
- gives us strength💪 (to run away from source of danger)
- stimulates blood flow

All of these factors make us all trembly.

When your mind always imagines a catastrophic end. :
