RESEARCH ARTICLE: RO DBT
A recent study found that Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT) is a promising approach for individuals with AN, targeting the underlying issue of overcontrol. After 32 weeks of treatment, participants showed significant improvements in eating disorder symptoms, BMI, and emotional regulation. With high satisfaction and strong retention, RO-DBT is showing real potential as an effective outpatient treatment for AN. 💚
