She has acquired unique skills to address the soft tissue areas that may lead to headaches, soreness or just general tightness in the upper body. Nicole is a registered member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT) which encourages a high standard of practice and continued education to ensure quality of service from its members. Nicole maintains her health & well-being through healthy eating, regular massages and regular exercise.
