I’m so grateful! Today this team gave me the most incredible birthday party. The thoughtfulness from program volunteers Delia & Bernie and support workers Krystle & Steph was filled with kindness and intention.

I practice gratitude daily however today I feel like my gratitude levels are overflowing and it’s the best feeling ever. From party snacks, gifts and pizza for everyone, today is a day I’ll remember for a long time ~ Cindy 😌

Our annual “Sofie’s Pyjama Day” was so chilled out and relaxed today. We had a beautiful day making bee hives and learning why relaxation is so important for our mental health and wellbeing.

Sofie would have LOVED it. 💛🪽☺️

Cindy was also very spoilt and received the most stunning flowers from Deni, Krystle and Delia.
