We fight to hold on.
We fight to let go.
During this time of change..
Shower yourself with an abundance of LOVE.
Surround yourself with people that radiate LOVE.
Show yourself that you are LOVE
Be kind..Be tender..Be patient..Be generous with your beautiful self during this time.

Heart ache is a growth ache in my opinion. Nurture it and surrender to it.

And remember everything is temporary.
Tomorrow is a new day. Today do your best and yesterday is no more.
