Pistachio Overnight Oats 💚🤤 Creamy vanilla oats topped with a smooth pistachio ganache.

Ingredients:
Base
½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)
3 tbs Greek yoghurt (45g)
Ganache
25g coconut yoghurt
1 tbs pistachio spread
1/2 tsp chopped pistachios, optional
Method
Add Made Monday Overnight Oats, milk and yoghurt to a bowl or container, mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened.
For the ganache, place the pistachio spread and coconut yoghurt in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals until melted. Mix until smooth then spread over the oats.
Optional to garnish with chopped pistachios. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
