Pistachio Overnight Oats 💚🤤 Creamy vanilla oats topped with a smooth pistachio ganache.
The perfect high protein breakfast or sweet treat for pistachio lovers, made in minutes and designed to keep you fuller for longer ✨

Our blends are packed with protein + fibre, low in sugar, and made with real ingredients to help simplify busy mornings without compromising on flavour.

Ingredients:
Base
½ cup Made Monday Signature Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)
3 tbs Greek yoghurt (45g)

Ganache
25g coconut yoghurt
1 tbs pistachio spread
1/2 tsp chopped pistachios, optional

Method
Add Made Monday Overnight Oats, milk and yoghurt to a bowl or container, mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened.

For the ganache, place the pistachio spread and coconut yoghurt in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals until melted. Mix until smooth then spread over the oats.

Optional to garnish with chopped pistachios. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.

me every Sunday for the last month..... These PB & Blueberry Jam Overnight Oats are so, so GOOD! Using Made Monday Vanilla Crème overnight oats, which literally makes it so easy.

Ingredients
2 small to medium bananas
3tbs maple syrup
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup vanilla crème)
40-50g Vanilla Protein
1.5tsp baking powder
cinnamon
1.75 cups of milk
1-2 carrots, peeled and grated

Cream Cheese Frosting (or top with your fav yoghurt)
100g Philadelphia cream cheese, room temp
150g vanilla Greek yogurt
2tbs sweetener (sf icing sugar or maple syrup)

Method
To a baking dish add your bananas and mash, then add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Bake at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and set. Let it cool before frosting.

For the frosting, combine all the ingredients and mix until smooth. If needed, slightly warm the cream cheese so it beats easier. Spread over the baked oats and top with shredded coconut or crushed walnuts. Alternatively just top with some yoghurt of choice.

Amazing cold but you can also reheat the next day in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.

Blueberry & Almond Croissant-Style Baked Oats 🫐🥐

Ingredients:
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
2–3 tbsp maple syrup*
1 ½ cups milk of choice
2 cups Vanilla Creme overnight oats
30g vanilla protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
140g frozen blueberries
50g flaked almonds

To serve (per serve):
¼ cup warm light custard or greek yoghurt
Dusting of icing sugar, optional

Method:
1. Mash the bananas in an oven proof baking dish.
2. Add maple syrup, milk, oats, protein powder, and baking powder. Mix well.
3. Fold in frozen blueberries then top with flaked almonds.
4. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes or until golden and set.
5. Cool slightly then dust with icing sugar. Divide into 4 portions and serve with custard or greek yoghurt.

Tip: store in the fridge or freezer for meal prep & microwave in the mornings to reheat.

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas (or applesauce/eggs)
2 cups Made Monday honey & cinnamon overnight oats (code: MIRANDA10)
¼ cup flour or vanilla protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 ½ cups milk

Cinnamon swirl:
1 tbsp butter, softened (20g)
2 tbsp granulated sweetener (20g)
1 tsp cinnamon

Frosting:
1 cup Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp light cream cheese, optional
1-2 tbsp maple syrup, optional

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mash the bananas in an oven proof baking dish, then mix in the remaining ingredients.
3. Mix the cinnamon swirl ingredients in a bowl then add dollop onto of the oats, use a knife to swirl it into the batter.
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden and set.
5. Spread over the frosting and slice into 4 serves.

It’s Easter which means Carrot cake for breakfast! The ultimate combo. Soft, spiced, and loaded with flavour. Balanced, easy, and honestly tastes like cake. ✨

Ingredients:
