Some breakfasts just make mornings easier 💖

Our Honey & Cinnamon Made Monday oats are quickly becoming a favourite, warm cinnamon, natural sweetness, and only takes a minute to prep.

Slide two is a review we received recently and it honestly made our day.

Just add milk, pop it in the fridge overnight, and wake up to a nourishing breakfast that actually tastes good.

Emily’s combo sounds pretty perfect too, vanilla yoghurt, cinnamon, strawberries, and a drizzle of honey 🍓

If you love a sweet breakfast like we do, you’re going to love these Chocolate Tiramisu Overnight Oats 😍 packed with over 28g of protein and tastes like dessert 🍫☕️

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Made Monday Chocolate Therapy Overnight Oats (150g)
1 1/2 cups milk of choice (375ml)
2-3 espresso shots (or instant coffee)
1 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings:
1 1/4 cups yoghurt of choice (300g)
3 tbsp vanilla protein powder, optional (30g)
1 tsp cocoa powder, for dusting

Method:
1. Add Made Monday Overnights Oats, milk, coffee and maple syrup to a bowl, mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or so until thickened.
2. For the cream layer, mix the yoghurt and protein powder together in a bowl until smooth (optional to add 1 tbsp maple syrup if desired).
3. Divide the oat and yoghurt mixtures between 3 jars. Repeat in layers until all the mixture has been used.
4. Dust with cocoa powder and place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.

Prepping breakfast the night before honestly makes mornings so much easier.

RASPBERRY & WHITE CHOC OVERNIGHT OATS
With over 27g of protein!! We know the importance of a good brekkie! Made Monday mixes give you the perfect base for whatever you’re craving. Our mixes are protein rich, low in sugar, and perfect by themselves or made into something delicious like this raspberry and white chocolate bowl 🍓🍫

Meal prep 2 serves 👇

Ingredients
1 cup Made Monday Vanilla Crème Overnight Oats (100g)
1 cup milk of choice (250ml)
½ cup vanilla greek yoghurt (120g)

Topping
⅔ cup frozen raspberries (100g), plus extra to serve
4 squares white chocolate (40g)
Âź cup Greek yoghurt (60g)

Method

Divide Made Monday Overnight Oats, milk and yoghurt between two bowls or containers and mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened.

Defrost the raspberries, then roughly mash with a fork and spread over the oat mixture. Optional to add another layer of yoghurt here.

For the ganache, place the white chocolate in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 20 second intervals until melted. Add the yoghurt and mix until smooth, then spread over the raspberry layer.

Place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.

Notes
Optional to add an extra layer of yoghurt after the raspberry layer and before the white chocolate for an extra smooth top.

Blueberry & Almond Croissant-Style Baked Oats 🫐🥐
The meal prep breakfast you’ll actually want to eat all week ✨
Made with our best selling Vanilla Crème.
Bake once, slice into four, and breakfast is sorted for the week.

Ingredients:
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
2–3 tbsp maple syrup*
1 ½ cups milk of choice
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup Vanilla Creme
30g vanilla protein powder or plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
140g frozen blueberries
50g flaked almonds

To serve (per serve):
Âź cup warm light custard or greek yoghurt
Dusting of icing sugar, optional

Method:
1. Mash the bananas in an oven proof baking dish.
2. Add maple syrup, milk, oats, protein powder, and baking powder. Mix well.
3. Fold in frozen blueberries then top with flaked almonds.
4. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes or until golden and set.
5. Cool slightly then dust with icing sugar. Divide into 4 portions and serve with custard or greek yoghurt.

Tip: store in the fridge or freezer for meal prep & microwave in the mornings to reheat.

Just in case you needed a little help getting out of bed this morning 🤭

This is our Chocolate Therapy oats turned into a raspberry ripe inspired overnight oats and honestly, this is why you’ll never get bored of Made Monday. High protein, low sugar, real ingredients, and you can turn it into whatever you’re craving.

Recipe below x

Ingredients
Base
½ cup Made Monday Chocolate Therapy (50g)
½ cup milk of choice (125ml)

Topping
½ cup raspberries (75g)
1 tbsp shredded or desiccated coconut
1–2 squares dark chocolate (10–15g)
1 tsp coconut oil, optional

Method
Add Made Monday Chocolate Therapy and milk to a bowl or container and mix to combine. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until thickened.

Mash the raspberries in a bowl, add the coconut and mix well. Spread the raspberry mixture over the oats.

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a small microwave safe bowl in 20 second intervals until melted.

Pour the melted chocolate over the raspberry layer and place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight to set.
