Sadly this is my last post on this page.
This crazy year is finally ending and it is time for me to start fresh and create space for what are now my priorities.
I haven’t practiced much yoga lately and I do not resonate anymore with what the yoga industry has become, this is why I feel it would be hypocritical to keep this project alive.
It has been good, especially the first two years as I have met some amazing humans, hopefully helped few of my fellows hospo friends to relax and take care of themselves more but it is time for me to move on.
I will still try with all my energies and efforts to inspire and be an example of health and balance to as many people as possible as I firmly believe that health in all its aspect ( body - mind - spirit) comes before everything else.
If I’m not healthy you in those aspects, how can I expect to be healthy in all the rest of my life?
I will leave the page up for the next 24hours before I delete the account.
If you are still keen to know what I am up to these days have a stalk to my other 2 accounts and my new baby

It has been an honour and I will all see you on the other side 🤛🏿

What do you think .of.yoga ‘s next move should be?
What is that the industry needs more?
What are the scenarios of the post lockdown?
We are valuing possibilities and alternatives being open to completely change skin and becoming something else but also pondering to put an end on the project.
We would love to hear your opinions and thoughts as was created exclusively to improve your general well-being and it will always be that way.
Please send a dm or comment and share your situation, needs and views!

We fill plates, we clean tables, we are nice to everyone..and it is amazing to live and act in service!
What a blessing is to be able to make people happy trough our work...but...do you take time to fill your container with the good things?
To clean up yourself from toxic relationships, habits and thinking?
To be nice to yourself, self compassionate, self loving and self caring?

The fine line between passion and burn down is sometime easily crossed.
Following your dreams and letting the flame of your purpose burn high is ok and it is admirable but it is also important here and there to stop and listen.
What signals is my body sending me?
Am I centred?
Do I work in a state of flow and clarity?

Sometimes we just need a bunch of minutes a day..look inside, recharge and keep grinding in a blissful state of presence!

Let’s start this legacy.

Our dearest Melbourne hospo!

We are offering yoga and mindfulness practice every week. We come together to work on relaxation, body strengthening and mobility. These sessions will help us, hard workers, to become more energetic, focused and calm during our heavy and long work hours. As most of us know, our intense hospo hours can often lead us towards unhealthy habits. Who doesn't want a drink (or two) after a tough service--even if you're drained of all energy? Cheers to that, you deserve it. Although making a routine of this type of de-stressing is perhaps not the lifestyle to becoming strong, happy, motivated, and damn good at your job. “Not possible”, you say, well let us convince you otherwise.

All it may take is a moment of stillness, a mindful inhale and exhale to take you to a healthier place. If you want to learn more about this place, come along to our catch ups. They are designed to be approachable, lighthearted, athletic gear-optional, and a whole lot of fun! Let's start this legacy.

See you on the mat.
